Horizons on Egyptian Television

"Horizons”, a television science series of 25 minute episodes, developed and presented by Serageldin and produced by the Bibliotheca Alexandrina, will be aired on Channel One of Egypt’s national TV.

The episodes were shot in NASA, the Smithsonian, the National Academy of Sciences (NAS) in the USA, and the BA Studio. The series traces the development of different fields of science from the dawn of civilization to our present times. It also features several Nobel Laureates.

The picture below shows Serageldin presenting the series to Egyptian Minister of Information, Dorreya Sharaf-el-Din.

“Horizons” will be aired every Thursday at 7:30 pm, starting 3 April 2014.
