Ismail Serageldin addressed the inaugural ceremony of the Anna Lindh Foundation at the official three-day inauguration event held at the BA under the auspices of H.E. Mrs. Suzanne Mubarak. Serageldins speech conveyed a powerful message of hope for a future of cultural exchange and constructive dialogue between Europe and the South Mediterranean away from conflict and dispute. The Anna Lindh Foundation is jointly hosted by the Bibliotheca Alexandrina and the Swedish Institute in Alexandria.
