The Fourth Arab Youth Forum, entitled Arab Youth Culture and Identity in the Era of Globalization, was inaugurated by Serageldin with a welcome note to the participants. Always a champion of youth, Serageldin expressed his delight in hosting such a large number of young participants from different Arab nations and giving them the opportunity to discuss issues impacting their societies, especially at such a significant timing during which societies all over the world are suffering from the global economic crisis.
The Arab Youth Forum is organized annually by the BA Arab Reform Forum; it hosts leading active youth from different Arab countries and provides a platform for an open exchange of views and visions between the participants.
