Ismail Serageldin was back at Hypothesis to participate in a panel on the New Frontiers of Innovation. Serageldin had previously joined Nobel Laureates at Hypothesis in March of 2000 to deliver the opening address at an event held under the theme: Innovation and the Quality of Life. Hypothesis, chaired by Claudio Carlone, is an agency devoted to the diffusion of scientific and technological culture and the provision of strategic consulting services in the hi-tech sector for a wide variety of companies and institutions. While in Milan, Serageldin was also asked to advise on the development of the Milan Innovation Center.
